2013 Schedule Of Workshops And Art Fairs

Dear Patron:

Thanks so much for stopping by my 2013 Art Fair and Workshop Schedule.

Times are constantly changing and so must I. Within the past five years or so the art fair scene has changed so much that, with ever-increasing expenses and declining income from them, I've phased out most of the shows I used to do on a regular basis. Fortunately, I continue to discover new ways to market my work.

I still paint, although less frequently. But I always have new works available. So if you contact me directly for more personalized attention, I'm certain I can find something of interest to you.

If the presently limited show schedule won't work for you, please start with this website and follow up with a phone call or e-mail to Win Jones.

I'd love to hear from you. And, as always, I hope to meet you in person at one of my upcoming workshops.

Win's 2013 Art Fairs

August 17 & 18

Win is stepping out of retirement and into the Limelight at the Oconomowoc Festival of Arts in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin!

This show, which started out on the grounds of a church in Oconomowoc 42 years ago, has been held on the waterfront at Fowler Park for more than 30 years now. Last year, the festival began honoring artists who have played an important part in the history of this show.

The first to be honored was Virginia Harris, a close friend of Win's who was a key player in creating the art festival 42 years ago.

This year, Win will be honored for his years of involvement.

Win's painting will appear on all the show memorabilia: t-shirts, brochures and tote bags.

But most importantly, Win will be there with his work! He'll bring some older pieces and a new miniature series that he has been working on.

This is a very special honor for Win and he would love to see you there!

Win has work that is available in his own studio. Call for an appointment and come for a private viewing and tour. The tour guide Win himself. Call: 904-461-3330.

Win's 2013 Workshops

Although Win is not teaching workshops any more, he will be with his wife, Judy Barnewolt-Jones, at The Clearing in Ellison Bay, Wisconsin for the week of her workshop, beginning August 24. Win taught at the Clearing for almost 40 years, and for a few years, co-taught with his wife, a fun workshop called "Keeping up with the Joneses". Now he loves to go and be involved and, as he says, "Put in his two cents worth!" Judy says, "It's worth a lot more than that!" Although he diminishes the importance of his role at the workshop, Win's presence and involvement are an integral part of its ambiance and spirit.
